Reporting System

ChorogUsan for children maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, misconduct, and violations of organizational policies and applicable laws. We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. The Reporting System provides a confidential mechanism for staff and relevant stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, violations of internal regulations or guidelines, or breaches of applicable laws and regulations.

Reports may be submitted either openly or anonymously.

ChorogUsan for children will not disclose the identity of the reporter without their consent and will make every effort to ensure confidentiality throughout the reporting and investigation process.

Types of Reports

• 

  Safeguarding concerns or policy violations

• 

  Fraud and corruption / Misuse of funds or resources

• 

  Harassment or abuse

• 

  Other misconduct or integrity-related concerns

How Reports Are Handled

1. Receipt

   • Reports are received and reviewed. Where necessary, additional information or clarification may be requested to facilitate proper review.

2. Investigation

   • An investigation will normally commence within 10 days of receipt. In certain circumstances, this timeline may be extended where necessary. The investigation process will seek to establish the facts through objective evidence and appropriate inquiries.

3. Action

   • Following the investigation, appropriate actions will be taken based on the findings. These many include:
     • Recommendations for corrective measures to address identified issues
     • Recommendations for improvements to policies, procedures, or institutional systems in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines
     • Referral of the matter to the relevant department for further review or follow-up action, where appropriate
