Expanding Learning Opportunities, Transforming Education. At ChorogUsan for children, we believe lasting improvements in children's lives
begin with strong education systems. Through our partnership with the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), we work with governments
and partners to expand equitable access to quality education and improve learning outcomes for children around the world.

The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) is the world's largest
multistakeholder partnership and fund dedicated to transforming
education systems in lower-income countries.

Rather than supporting individual projects alone, GPE works with
governments to strengthen national education systems through policy
reform, financing, capacity development, and partnership.

Since 2002, GPE has invested more than USD 10.5 billion to help
countries improve learning outcomes and ensure that every child has
access to quality education.

  • Accredited as Korea's First NGO Grant Agent for GPE

    With 78 years of experience supporting children and communities, ChorogUsan for children became Korea's first organization to be accredited
    as a Grant Agent for GPE.

    ChorogUsan for children supports governments in planning, implementing, and managing GPE-funded education programs, while ensuring
    strong fiduciary oversight, transparency, and accountability throughout the program cycle.

Understanding the GPE Multiplier

The GPE Multiplier helps countries expand education financing by matching eligible investments from governments and development partners with additional GPE funding.
By bringing together public, private, and philanthropic partners, the Multiplier increases the impact of investments and helps countries accelerate progress toward their education goals.
