I am Young-Key Hwang, Executive Chairman of ChorogUsan for children.

Since 1948, ChorogUsan has worked to create a world where every child can grow up happy and safe. Built on trust in our professionalism and transparency, we have become Korea's trusted child welfare organization.

In 2025, we supported more than 2.58 million children in Korea and around the world. We also strengthened our role as an impact-driven organization by contributing to the enactment of the Family Caregiving Children Support Act and launching the Receipts that Save Lives campaign for children from migrant backgrounds.

In 2026, we will expand our support in early childhood care, education, healthcare, and housing, while focusing on urgent issues such as young carer, migrant children and online safety. We will continue to amplify children's voices and build a society where every child is respected, protected, and empowered to thrive.

We will also foster a culture of giving through legacy giving, non-cash asset donations, and tailored corporate social responsibility partnerships. Guided by transparency and accountability, we will ensure that every contribution reaches children in need and creates lasting change.

As an accredited Grant Agent of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and a responsible global nonprofit organization, ChorogUsan will strengthen international cooperation. Through the ChorogUsan Alliance and our six country offices, we will expand partnerships and implement locally responsive projects.

The true purpose of an umbrella is not simply to shield us from the rain, but to help us move forward through it. We invite you to join us in helping every child dream boldly and build a brighter future.
