Please read the following information carefully before submitting a report.
The Reporting System is designed to receive and investigate work-related misconduct, including illegal acts, violations of internal regulations, and other improper conduct. Please note that general complaints, personal dissatisfaction, or suggestions for institutional improvement may not fall within the scope of investigation.
In particular, an investigation may not be initiated in the following cases:
① where the report contains vague allegations without specific facts or supporting evidence;
② where the report is clearly false or lack credibility on its face;
③ where the report consists solely of one-sided claims or unsubstantiated accusations;
④ where the report falls under applicable whistleblower protection law, but the reporter refuses to verify their identity as required for processing the report;
⑤ where the reporter does not respond to requests for clarification or additional information during the review or investigation process, particularly in the case of anonymous reports.
To help ensure the reliability of the information, reporters are encouraged to summit using their real name. However, reports concerning workplace harassment, sexual harassment, safeguarding concerns, or legally protected whistleblowing may be submitted anonymously. Please note, in order to prevent misuse of the reporting system and to protect individuals from unfounded allegations, anonymity may not always be fully guaranteed during the investigation process.
Additional information or supporting documentation may be requested after submission. Where possible, reporters are encouraged to provide an email address or check the report tracking system to facilitate follow-up communication and timely handling the report.
